These LED line® downlights are made of pressed steel and they are designed for MR16 type of light bulbs with GU5.3 base and diameter of 50mm. Recessed lighting fixtures are the most common fixtures used in commercial and institutional construction. Suitable for installation of MR16 LED spotlights and MR16 halogen spotlights.

The downlights come with a GU5.3 ceramic socket and can be used with 12V or 230V light bulbs. The mounting hole for these downlights should be between 55 and 60 mm. Available in 6 colours: white, chrome, gold, patina, antique and satin.

The downlights are designed to work with light bulbs of 50mm (MR16 or GU10) the MR16 socket is included, for GU10 installation you will need to purchase separately the GU10 ceramic socket.

The downlights are not waterproof, so it is not ideal for use in bathrooms or kitchens. For high IP rated downlights please check Waterproof Downlights in our shop category.

Installation method: recessed.

Recommended installation parameters: Mounting hole diameter 60 mm.

The minimum distance from the illuminated surface shall be 0.5m.

For installation purposes, surfaces of a standard degree of flammability are recommended for this item.

The IEC protection class is III.

For indoor use.

GU5.3 socket is included with the fixture.
