The FUT038Z is a 12V/24V RGBW LED strip controller that can be controlled via the MiBoxer Smart app or TuyaSmart app (you can find them on our Download page). The newest Z series controllers from 2021 use Zigbee 3.0 technology and they require a Zigbee hub. You can use the ZB-Box1, ZB-Box2 gateways or one of the listed below if you already own one.
The synchronisation of the controller with a Zigbee hub is very simple.
1. Connect the RGBW LED strip to the controller via screw terminals
2. Connect the power supply to the controller (via screw terminals or DC socket)
3. Turn ON and OFF the power 3 times (ON/OFF, ON/OFF, ON/OFF)
4. Turn the power back on and press the "SET" button on the controller 3 times
5. Confirm the light with red colour in breathe ambience.
6. Open the MiBoxer Smart app and add a sub-device to the Zigbee hub
7. Enjoy all the features of smart life
The FUT038Z can control the LED strip light colours, light colour temperature, brightness, saturation, set up automation, Tap-to-Run, scene customisation, sleep/wake up plan, do not disturb mode, share the device with your family members or friends. The FUT038Z Zigbee RGBW LED strip controller works with both 12V and 24V LED strips and supports output of 6 Amps per channel. Before connecting the power supply make sure the power supply matches the controller voltage (12V or 24V). The RGBW Zigbee controller from the MiBoxer brand has a very wide control distance (up to 100m in an open area). You can also control it by voice via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
